Privacy notice
We are Bellevue After School Club, a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), registration pending. This notice explains what happens to the details you give us on our interest form. It is short because we do very little with them.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form:
- your name
- your email address
- how many children you would like to enrol
- each child’s school year
- the days you think you would need
- the fact that you ticked the consent box
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and the site sets no cookies at all. We do not ask for your children’s names or dates of birth at this stage.
Why we collect it
To email you when places open, and to get a rough sense of how many families are interested and on which days. Nothing else.
Our lawful basis
Consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it whenever you like by emailing us, and we will delete your details.
Who sees it
The club’s committee, and nobody else. We do not sell, share or publish your details. The only third party involved is the email provider that carries the message to our inbox, in the same way it would if you emailed us directly.
How long we keep it
Until the club opens and places are allocated, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the club does not go ahead, we will delete everything and tell you we have done so.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email info@bellevue-asc.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
This notice covers the interest form only. We will publish a fuller policy before the club begins taking bookings.
